Sales Conditions of VAN ZEIJL, S.L.


When accepting the conditions set out below the customer accepts all aspects detailed in the present document.


On-Line Shop is created by VAN ZEIJL, S.L. with the purpose of selling their products on internet. All commercial transactions carried out via internet have the quality standards and guaranty offered by VAN ZEIJL, S.L.


Registration Process


By means of the registration process guarantees through their safe servers that the orders get to the commercial attention service of VAN ZEIJL, S.L. where they are registered.  When placing an order your personal details are incorporated in our data base and are only used to process the order as well as to provide you with information about special offers and services that could be of interest to you. The customer has the right to unsubscribe by sending an e-mail to

All prices are indicated in euros and include V.A.T. (Value Added Tax). The price stated on the invoice is the same as indicated in the order confirmation sent by VAN ZEIJL, S.L. and the products remain our property until the client has paid the total price for the products and associated services.




The method of payment accepted by VAN ZEIJL, S.L. is by Bank transfer, credit card or “Paypal” for orders served and invoiced within the Spanish territory and only by Bank transfer for orders served outside Spain.

If the payment method chosen by the customer is by Bank transfer the order will be reserved during 7 days and the concept has to include your name and /or the order number and a copy should be forwarded either by e-mail to or by fax to :  +34 976 617006.





Once the order has been confirmed and payment has been received, the parcel will be delivered at the address specified by the customer in approximately 48 hours within the peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and between 2 and 7 days in case of other destinations provided all given details are correct, the product is in stock and there aren’t any complications with the payment or delivery process. In this regard, the customer needs to confirm that the details given when placing the order are correct.

Orders cannot be delivered to a post box or similar destination.

VAN ZEIJL, S.L. can not be held liable for custom fees in case of deliveries outside the Spanish territory and should it be the case, these fees will be entirely for the account of the customer.




The return of the goods will only be accepted in case the material does not correspond to the request.  No return is accepted in those cases that the customer has made an error when selecting between the different options at the time of placing the order (e.g.: hardness, disk adherence, thread, diameter, etc.)


In any case, when receiving the order the customer is not satisfied, you dispose of 15 working days counting from the moment the order is received, to implement the right of returning the goods. In case of a return both collection and transport fees are for account of the customer. The goods have to be returned in perfect condition, without having been used, with the original packaging and respective labels. Upon receipt of the goods and after checking if everything is all right, VAN ZEIJL, S.L. will proceed to return the amount paid. In case of a replacement of defective or wrongly sent products, VAN ZEIJL, S.L. will pay for the return-shipment.


Note:  A return shipment of tailor made articles is unacceptable.




VAN ZEIJL, S.L. in no case whatsoever will be responsible for any type of damages as a result of an inadequate use of its products. VAN ZEIJL, S.L. can only be obliged to replace the entire quantity of a product that has been proven defective and can not be held responsible for injuries, loss or damages caused when using these items.


Quality of the web image


VAN ZEIJL, S.L. has taken great effort in showing the colours of all products as close as possible to reality. However, the colour of the products that appear on the screen may be subject to small variations depending on the quality of the monitor of your computer.

This is why VAN ZEIJL, S.L. cannot guarantee that the colours which appear on your monitor really are as such.


Validity period of special offers


Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the date indicated or until the end of the indicated number of items in stock.


Transport Claims


Valid only for shipments through transportation agency.

All products leave our premises in perfect condition, however in case the product arrives damaged or the parcel arrives in bad condition, the customer should note on the receipt that the forwarder carries with him the reason why the parcel is rejected.



Intellectual Property Rights


When connecting with the site on Internet that has been created by VAN ZEIJL, S.L., who owe all the intellectual property rights of this site, the customer is not allowed to copy or download partially or in total its contents without the express prior  authorization by VAN ZEIJL, S.L.
