Data Protection


VAN ZEIJL, S.L. have adopted security measures and levels of data protection in accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999 dated December 13th regarding the Protection of Personal Data and the Law 34/2002 dated June 11th regarding Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce  and their development regulations. 

All personal data collected via are automatically processed and incorporated to a file owned by VAN ZEIJL, S.L. with V.A.T. number ES B50307099, which company at the same time is responsible for the mentioned file.

When filling in the on line form (inquiries, contact, order, request for quotation) included in the website or when sending electronic mails or any other communications to VAN ZEIJL, S.L. this automatically implies the client’s express agreement with the inclusion of his/her personal data in the said automated file kept by VAN ZEIJL, S.L. 

The customer can exercise the right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose as provided in the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th regarding Personal Data Protection and other applicable regulations, by sending an e-mail to  or by ordinary mail to VAN ZEIJL, S.L. located in 50298 Pinseque (Zaragoza) – Spain in Avenida Zaragoza, 6 or in any other way that permits recognizing the customer’s identity. 

The said file is registered at the General Register of the Spanish Agency of Data Protection ( and the customer can have access to this file to check the status.



Data collection


The collection of personal data takes place using different forms, i.e. the form that appears on the website, where customer data is collected as well as other forms where clients/customers are required to give their personal data.




All private communications between VAN ZEIJL, S.L. and their clients/customers is considered confidential.

The client is recommended not to pass on to third parties his customer identification, code or any reference number that he may have received from VAN ZEIJL, S.L. In order to guarantee that the protection of confidentiality between VAN ZEIJL, S.L. and the client/customer is preserved in all communications, the client/customer has to make sure not to reveal confidential information to anybody with the exception of his attorney,  and vice versa.


Transfer of confidential information to third parties


VAN ZEIJL, S.L. do not sell, hand over, lease or transfer in any way information or personal data of their clients/customers to third parties.



Changes in Security Policy and Data Protection


VAN ZEIJL, S.L. reserves the right to modify its Security Policy and Data Protection discretionally at any time and without previous announcement, but always according to the Spanish Legislation valid at that time in regard to data protection.

All changes that affect the treatment of personal data will also be communicated by e-mail to the people concerned.



Use of “Cookies”


VAN ZEIJL, S.L. register the IP addresses (all people connected to internet have one) for internal use only, as access statistics.

The IP user address differs from one internet connection to the other and that is why the client/customer does not need to worry about VAN ZEIJL, S.L. tracing his/her navigation habits. In this “cookie” no sensible data like codes, e-mail address, etc. is stored, only the IP address.
